Hotel Guest Services
Grapevine Placement Agency will schedule a nanny to provide childcare at your hotel room, conference site, or any other location that you desire. If you are scheduled to attend a social event or business obligation, you can be secure in the knowledge that your children are under the watchful, loving care of a professional, reliable and trustworthy Nanny. To provide this peace of mind, each Nanny has been thoroughly screened and has met the highest standards in order to join this agency.
Fees:
- Nanny Hourly Rate:1 child: $12 + $20 Traveling Fee per sitting.
2 children: $14 + $20 Traveling Fee per sitting.
3 children: $16 + $20 Traveling Fee per sitting.
4 children: $18 + $20 Traveling Fee per sitting- Agency Rate: $6 per hour ($24 minimum). If families are sharing a nanny, the rate is $9 per hour ($36 minimum).
- Minimum: Four (4) hour minimum per sitting
- Nanny Transportation Fee: $20 per sitting
Policies:
- Minimum: Four (4) hours per sitting
- Only four (4) children per Nanny
- No more than two (2) children under the age of 18 months per Nanny.
- Time-and-a-half if service exceeds 8 hours per sitting & Holidays. Double-time if service exceeds 12 hours per sitting.
- Cancellations before 48 hours will only be charged a $15.00 processing fee per date. Cancellations within 48-hours will be charged the 4-hour minimum, in addition to a 10% service fee per Nanny.
- Rates may vary depending on circumstances and if families are sharing a nanny (not siblings).
