Special Events

Grapevine Placement Agency will coordinate Nannies for any special event including Weddings, Corporate events, Conventions, and Family parties of all sizes. To help create a successful event, we will organize the proper number of nannies that you may need depending on the number of attendees and children. We will ensure that the children are properly cared for, safe, and happy.

All Nannies have been fully screened and meet the highest standards required in order to join our agency.  View our Nanny Requirements

Fees:

  • Nanny Hourly Rate: $14 to $20 per hour
  • Agency Fee: $6 per hour
  • Minimum: Four (4) hour minimum per sitting
  • Nanny Traveling Fee: $20 per sitting

Policies:

  • Only four (4) children per Nanny
  • No more than two (2) children under the age of 18 months per Nanny.
  • $15 processing fee for cancellation. 48-hour cancellation required for all reservations. If there is not a 48-hour notice, the 4-hour minimum, in addition to a 10% service fee will be charged to your credit card per Nanny.
  • All fees are assessed per event.
