I just wanted to take the time and write to tell you how pleased we were with your service and I.C., our nanny.
When I first began to look for a nanny service. I was shocked that all the services had answering machines. Your agency was the only agency that responded to my call that same day. Monin was kind, courteous and very professional. She knew it was our first experience with the nanny service and went out of her way to accommodate and help us to feel comfortable and secure. She listened to all my fears and concerns. In turn she address each one with understanding, compassion and confidence. Her confidence in NV Nannies being able to assist us helped me to feel confident as well. The prices were within industry standards (I know, I did research ) and affordable.
I.C. our nanny was out of this world. She was very loving, and caring to not only the children, but also the whole family. She showed sincerity with us all. She even took time to talk and encourage our 15 year old teen who she was not responsible for. He can be a stand off kid with people, but enjoyed and respected Mrs. I. as well. Our 1 year old and our 6 year old just loved her. She played pretend with the 6 year old and assisted him with his schoolwork, he just loved that. She was firm, but so loving. I felt the children were in loving and safe hands. She would always ask if there was something more she could do. We needed the service since I was on bed rest. I was not expecting her to really look after for me, but she surprised me. She looked out for me as well and would even remind me of things I was not suppose to do. She would always call on her way in and ask if there was anything we need or wanted. She became a part of the family in a short time. I would recommend her to anyone with confidence.
n conclusion the experience with Grapevine Placement Agency was a great one and when we need help again we will not hesitate to call on them.

Just a quick note to thank you for taking such good care of our boys last Saturday night at the River Terrace Inn. We came home (Michigan) to a Winter Storm - ugh! It snowed all day, freezing temperatures & shivering -nothing like your gorgeous, beautiful weather in Napa! I'm so ready for spring, but apparently Mother Nature isn't.
Markie & Chris told us you were great and they had a really good time. Thank you, thank you! They're finally at the age where we can really communicate with them now. Having a 4-year-old grandson, I'm sure you know what I mean.

Our family has worked with Grapevine Placement Agency for several years. We all understand how important it is for parents to have time away, and our son loves having a nanny come to the house, where he gets undivided attention. The nannies always are confident, friendly and compassionate and often our son asks when is a nanny coming over. He especially likes the male nannies (we call them nanniers).
My husband travels frequently for business, and this provides me with the added support I need when my business schedules are challenging. In addition, our son is adopted and has special emotional and behavioral needs. We had a lot of changes and were late on the last night and she just handled everything with professionalism and flexibility. When we come up again we hope she will still be available.
