Grapevine Placement Agency will coordinate nannies for any special event including weddings, corporate events, conventions and family parties of all sizes. To help create a successful event, we will organize the proper number of nannies that you may need depending on the number of attendees and children. We will ensure that the children are properly cared for safely and happy.

All nannies have been fully screened and meet the highest standards required in order to join our agency.

Fees:

  • Nanny Hourly Rate: $24 to $30 per hour depending on the ages and number of children.
  • Agency Booking Fee per Nanny: $15 per hour.
  • Minimum: Four (4) hour minimum per sitting.
  • Nanny Traveling Fee: $10-$30 per sitting depending on location.
  • Gratuity is optional.

Policies:

  • Only four (4) children per nanny.
  • No more than two (2) children under the age of 24 months per nanny.
  • $15 processing fee for cancellations per date. 1-week cancellation required for all special events. If there is not a 1-week notice, the 4-hour minimum, in addition to a 10% service fee will be charged to your credit card per nanny.
  • All fees are assessed per event.
  • Time-and-a-half if service exceeds 8 hours per sitting & holiday weekends.  Double-time if service exceeds 12 hours per sitting (per California law).
